Our Events: Through the Years

The 1980s saw the Shire of Dragon's Laire formed. The Shire held its first events, and learned its first lessons from those events.

During the 1990s the Shire grew and eventually became a Barony. Event attendance also grew.

During the 2000s the Barony prospered. Our number of events stabilized as did most events' attendance.

Did You know?

The event we call June Faire, which is known to the modern populace as Medieval Faire, has been in existence almost as long as Dragon's Laire itself. The first June Faire was held in 1982!
