Recent News

We all had a good time at the brewery last night. Thanks to everyone who brought nosh. and Especial thanks to Renart for our drinks. To recap on upcoming activities:

Fritter Fest at Sept Crown. The fire will be lit and space set up for the culinary PlayDate. this will not be anything like what we do at Junefaire but rather a nice laid back opportunity to try your hand at medieval food cooked on the fire. Bring stuff for a dish to try or just come by to kibbitz, nosh and kaffeeklatch. I'll have charcoal and some supplies and equipment.

September Culinary guild will be a redaction workshop at our home in Suquamish. This is a chance for you to get hands on with a period recipe. We are moving the date back a week from our regular night to give us a bit of breathing room with a nod to making it permanent So we'll see you all on Wednesday Sept 19th.

October will be a mead making night also at our house with a look at period and non-period cordials.

November will be a baking workshop.

December will be one again the annual Tree Trimming party.
